Overview

SweepsTracker ("the App") is a personal tracking utility developed by TheSweepsHub. It helps sweepstakes casino players track daily login bonuses, purchases, redemptions, AMOE (alternate method of entry) mail-in entries, and net profit/loss across multiple sweepstakes casino sites.

SweepsTracker is not a gambling application. It does not process real-money bets, offer games of chance, or facilitate any gambling activity. It is a record-keeping tool for data that users voluntarily enter.

Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect:

• Email address — used for authentication and account recovery.
• User-entered tracking data — purchases, redemptions, AMOE entries, daily login claims, and site preferences you manually input into the App.
• Push notification token — if you enable push notifications, we store a device token issued by Firebase Cloud Messaging so we can deliver notifications to your device. This token is linked to your account and is used only to send you notifications. It is never used for advertising, profiling, or tracking you across other apps or websites.

We do not collect:

• Financial account numbers, credit card details, or bank information
• Location data
• Contact lists or phone data
• Device identifiers for advertising purposes
• Data from third-party sweepstakes casino accounts

How We Use Your Information

Your data is used solely to:

• Authenticate your account and maintain your session
• Store and display the tracking data you enter
• Calculate summaries such as net profit/loss and pending redemptions
• Send push notifications you have opted in to, such as reminders about your own tracked redemptions and daily login rewards

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. We do not use your data for advertising or marketing purposes.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a hosted database platform with encryption at rest and in transit. Authentication is handled by Supabase Auth. Some user preferences (such as theme selection) are stored locally on your device.

Data Export and Deletion

You can export your data at any time using the CSV export feature available on each tab within the App. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, contact us at sweepsguard@gmail.com and we will process your request within 30 days.

Third-Party Services

SweepsTracker uses the following third-party services:

• Supabase — database hosting and authentication (supabase.com/privacy)
• Vercel — application hosting (vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy)
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) — push notification delivery only (firebase.google.com/support/privacy)

We do not integrate with any advertising networks, analytics platforms, or social media tracking tools within the App.

Push Notifications

Push notifications are optional. On first use the App asks for your permission, and notifications are only sent if you grant it. We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (a Google service) to deliver them, which requires storing a device token associated with your account.

You can turn push notifications off at any time in your device settings. If you do, the token is no longer used. Deleting your account removes the stored token along with the rest of your data.

Children's Privacy

SweepsTracker is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
